Toolzu.org respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

Toolzu.org provides online Instagram-related tools and does not knowingly host or distribute copyrighted material belonging to others without permission.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on Toolzu.org infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the website;
  • Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email);

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless we receive notice that legal action has been filed.

3. Repeat Infringers

Toolzu.org reserves the right to terminate access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
